EZ Chinese Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients: 1.5- 2 lbs (6-10 pieces) Chicken fillet (thighs or breasts) 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp pepper Directions: Preheat oven to 450 Combine into Bowl: 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp pepper mix well Grease Oven Safe Glass Pan Tenderize the meat using a fork or mallet. Individually, dunk each piece of tenderized chicken into bowl and massage the sauce into the meat After the chicken has been drenched in the teriyaki sauce, lay the meat into the glass pan (do not overlap the chicken pieces on top of each other) Cook in oven from 40-50 minutes until the middle of chicken is cooked (no pink show when you cut into the chicken) Take out of Oven and enjoy
