The dish is healthy, it was quick to make, very affordable.... AND DELICIOUS. I paired it with a nice bottle of Bud Light that accentuated the flavor of the Lemon Pepper Chicken. Prep Time 10 min Cook Time 30 min (for the chicken) (the veggies only take 6-8min) Total cook Time 40 min What you need (for 1 person) -1 boneless skinless chicken breast (about 8 oz) (can be fresh or frozen) -1 head of fresh broccoli -6 stems
